Telephone Survey Interviewers
IntelliQ operates a 25-station telephone survey research center and regularly hires telephone survey interviewers. Qualifications include having strong verbal, keyboarding and listening skills. Knowledge of computers and past experience is helpful. Interviewers are asked to have flexibility in their schedules to coincide with survey research projects and have honesty and integrity in their recording of results.
Telephone Survey Supervisor
Supervisors are asked to be strong communicators, trainers, and leaders to survey interviewing staff. They are also asked to be well-organized and computer-literate. Supervisors are asked to be flexible, to coincide their schedules with survey research projects, and to be leaders and mentors to interviewer staff.
