Paul D. Weener, Ph.D. -- Managing Partner, IntelliQ B2B.  Dr. Weener is IntelliB2B’s most senior member and has a long history of academic research, business research, corporate management, business consulting, and business leadership.  Dr. Weener is a nationally known authority and author on organizational research, employee surveys, and B2B market research.  He also has strong expertise in international business marketing and entrepreneurship.  He is involved with B2B client projects on a daily basis and actively consults with international businesses. Weener holds a B.A. in Mathematics from Calvin College and a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology from the University of Michigan.

Robert Miller, Ph.D - President/CEO.  Dr. Miller is responsible for the overall direction of IntelliQ Research and Strategy, yet is still very involved in conducting studies and project management.  Dr. Miller has extensive experience in, and understanding of, the healthcare field and is a frequent speaker, writer and thought leader.  He also has a strong background in research methods including pricing research, perceptual mapping, segmentation analysis, the patient experience, nurse engagement, multi-cultural competence in healthcare and other research approaches.  He holds a Ph.D. in communications research from Penn State and a B.A. in English literature from West Virginia University.

Ronald L. Garner, M.B.A. - Senior Vice President.  Mr. Garner has over 30 years of experience in marketing research and business planning.  His expertise includes in-depth experience in both quantitative and qualitative methods with particular emphasis in healthcare, medical devices and retail pharmacy.  He received both his bachelor's and master's degrees in business from the University of Cincinnati where he was awarded the first Burke Marketing Research Fellowship.

Bert Kollaard, M.S. - Vice President, Client Services.  In addition to a very strong foundational skill set in marketing research and competitive intelligence, Mr. Kollaard brings a unique mix of more than 30 years of Fortune 1000 corporate, as well as consulting/agency and entrepreneurial start-up global leadership experience in B2B and B2C product and services development, marketing, strategic planning and business development.  He has especially deep industry specific knowledge in healthcare, information technology, information publishing, and financial services.  He has a master's degree in social and applied economics from Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio, where he teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in Marketing and Management as an adjunct professor for the Raj Soin College of Business.
